If you don’t want to sad and regretful, please have your daily flat rental service from recognized persons or company. You can ruin your holiday which you have been dreaming of for one year trying to pay less. The flats we have in our portfolio are real and if wanted, more photos can be sent via email. Rental fees can change according to months. Please call for current fee and availability. Our villa is 4 – 5 km away from Kleopatra beach and sea. It is one of the most prestigious and expensive villas in Alanya. Villa can be rented for 10 – 12 persons max. Pool will be cleaned by attendants. There are villa attendants for help when you need.

Pets are not allowed. Cleaning fee is 50 euro for onetime. Electric and water fees will be calculated according to use. There is no limit; you can rent it for one day if you want. Deposit is 300 euro. At the end of the rental, if there is no problem in the villa, deposit will be paid back.
