Kitchen is fully equipped and there is everything from a to z for living. Surround of the housing estate is closed and there is password protection. Housing estate has 2 attendants and security camera system. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids. Also, there is an arbor and special place to make barbeque .Pool of Toros 5 housing has high standards. Flat is only 100 meters away from bus stops. There is BIM and ŞOK markets under the flat. Everywhere is within the walking distance. Electric and water fee will be calculated according to use.

• All kinds of disco, shopping centers, public markets, restaurants, hotels are within the walking distance. There is BIM market under the building and a Migros only 150 meters away.
