You can ruin your holiday which you have been dreaming of for one year trying to pay less. The flats we have in our portfolio are real and if wanted, more photos can be sent via email. For winter price 20 euro.
For summer price 40 euro. It is rented for minimum 4 people.
4 people (including little children) can stay. It is not person price, it is flat price.
Cleaning fee is 20 euro and one-time fee.

FEATURES OF THE FLAT

• Lux Residence flat is the in the site and has a pool. Site is in centreof city.
• 100 meters away from sea. You can swim either in pool (for kids and adults) or sea.
• Luxury flat’s POOL, SAUNA, GYM and WIFI are for free.
• Wi-Fi, 24 hour security staff and many more services. Surround of housing estate is closed and secured with camera system.
• Flat has everything including air conditioner. It has 2 rooms, 2 air conditioners. Housing estate is not suburban which no one is around and not a boring place. It has lifts. *It is in centre of the city.*
• All type of disco, shopping malls, public markets, restaurants, hotels are within the walking distance. Public market is set next to site. Opposite of it there is 101 market and Migros Mini market. All the photos belong to our flat. Please look at them.
• There are air conditioners in rooms. You pay electricity and water as you pay. All the photos belong to our flat. Please look at them.
