You can ruin your holiday which you have been dreaming of for one year trying to pay less. The flats we have in our portfolio are real and if wanted, more photos can be sent via email. Our flat is 2km away from Alanya city centre and located at Oba city centre. You can enjoy the sea view thanks to flat’s location which is located at the beachside. Pets are not allowed to the flat. Flat is equally good as hotels, so you can save money by renting the flat instead of hotels.

FEATURES OF FLAT

*** Lux residence flat has 2 rooms and large pool. Pool is very clean and can used by only housing estate residents.

***  There is everything from a to z in the flat. (Including air-conditioner) Our flat is not located at out of city, and so it’s not boring. Residents are the property owners.

*** Up to 3 persons can stay in our flat, there is everything like you use at your home and the flat will be cleaned before you come.

*** Flat is only 30 meters away from sea and it has sea view. Markets, public markets are so close. You can go there by walking in 2-3 minutes.

*** Sauna, gym, indoor pool and wifi etc. services are free for residents.

*** Surround of the housing estate is closed and it’s protected by security cameras. Also there is a doorman. Big markets for example Migros, Metro are within the walking distance.

*** All kinds of disco, shopping centers, public markets, restaurants, hotels are within the walking distance. Please look to all photos.

*** Electric and water fees will be calculated according to use. Cleaning fee is 30 euro and it’s only for one-time.
