If you don’t want to sad and regretful, please have your daily flat rental service from recognized persons or company. You can ruin your holiday which you have been dreaming of for one year trying to pay less. The flats we have in our portfolio are real and if wanted, more photos can be sent via email. Daily rental fee is 55 euro and flat can be rented for 5 days minimum.
Cleaning fee is 30 euro for one-time.
Max. 6 persons can stay in flat including kids.
Pets are not allowed and more than 2 male or persons under the age of 18 cannot rent flat.

Flat is located at Mahmutlar city centre in Alanya. It’s perfect in the way of both view and location. Its balcony has full sea view. Also, there is a park which is most beautiful of Mahmutlar in front of flat. You can go to beach by walking in 2 minutes.

                                          FEATURES OF FLAT

• Our lux residence flat is in a housing estate in Mahmutlar which is the greatest neighborhood of Alanya and has pool. There are 4 star hotels in this area usually. Also there are 4 Migros (2 of them 2M Migros), Carrefour, BIM, ŞOK and A101 markets, Branches and ATMs of almost all banks. You can find Dominos Pizza, Burger King etc. Mahmutlar is bigger than almost all of  Turkey’s districts and developed as much as some cities. Population increases up to 200.00 in summer.

• Flat is only 50 meters away from sea. Its pool has two parts. ( for adults and kids)

• 7/24 security staff and more. Surround of housing estate is closed and protected by security cameras.

• There is everything from a to z in the flat. (including air-conditioner) Flat has 3 rooms and 3 air-conditioners. And also, there is lift in building.

• All kinds of disco, shopping centers, public markets, restaurants, hotels are within the walking distance.

• Electric and water fee will be calculated according to use. All photos belong to our flat. Please check all of them.
