Also, there is a large balcony. In this holiday complex, the owners of houses live usually. You can feel at home in this flat. Holiday complex has a huge pool and great numbers of social activities and it is only 350 meter away from the sea. You can go everywhere within walking distance thanks to location of the holiday complex which is located at the center of Mahmutlar. There are many social activities for you and your kids in this holiday complex. You can rent the flat minimum 2 weeks. Requests under this rental time will not be considered. Single men and friend groups cannot rent this flat.

FEATURES OF FLAT

*** Our lux residence flat is 2+1 and 105 square meters. It has a big pool and also this pool has waterslide. Also there is a kiddie pool. Pools are very clean. Only holiday complex residents can use these pools. Pools are huge and there are 2 outside and 1 inside total 3 pools.

*** Holiday complex located at one of the most prestigious place in this neighborhood. Buildings have navicular design and there are all kinds of social activities.

*** There are everything from a to z in the flat. (Including air-conditioner) Generally, tourists stay here. All of them are owners. For this reason, there is few people. We can make sure that you will have comfortable and peaceful holiday.

*** Max 5 persons stay in the flat. (and +1 child) Flat has everything you need and will be cleaned before you come.

*** Flat is only 350 meters away from sea. You can go to sea by walking in 5-6 minutes.

*** Our lux building has pool, sauna, gym, Turkish bath, tennis court, and wifi for free. Also, there are indoor pool, mini golf, table tennis.

*** Holiday complex has security staff more. Surround of the housing estate is closed and protected with security cameras.

*** Electric and water fee will be calculated according to use. Cleaning fee is 30 euro and it’s only for one time.
