Our flat is especially furnished for you, esteemed travellers. Lux residence is completed in 2014. All furniture is new and will meet your needs. It has 2 rooms and 2 air-conditioners. Apart from other 1+1 flats, our flat’s rooms have its own doors. Flat is 65 square meters. We will be happy by hosting you at our unique flat which is located at Mahmutlar the largest neighborhood of Alanya. Enjoy your holiday!
Rule: Max. 4 persons stay in the flat. Also, smoking and pets are not allowed in flat.

FEATURES OF FLAT

*** There is pool in this lux residence. Also there are parasols and sunbeds around the pool.
*** Flat is only 200 meters away from sea and has kiddie pool.
*** Our lux building has pool, sauna, gym and Wi-Fi for free.
*** GYM has air conditioner and sound system. In this part, also there is Jacuzzi for you.
*** 7/24 Security staff and more. Surround of housing estate is closed and protected by security cameras.
*** There is terrace for sunbath and special area to make barbeque.
*** There is everything from a to z in the flat. There are 2 rooms and 2 air-conditioners. Flat is at 4th floor and building has lift.
*** All kinds of disco, shopping centers, public markets, restaurants and hotels are within the walking distance. All of the photos belong to our flat. Please look all photos.
*** Electric and water fees will be calculated according to use. Cleaning fee is 20 euro for only one-time.
