If you don’t want to sad and regretful, please have your daily flat rental service from recognized persons or company. You can ruin your holiday which you have been dreaming of for one year trying to pay less. The flats we have in our portfolio are real and if wanted, more photos can be sent via email. Daily Rental fee is 45 euro and flat can be rented for 5 days minimum.
Cleaning fee is 30 euro for only one-time.
Max. 5 persons stay in flat including kids.
Pets are not allowed and more than 2 men and under the age of 18 persons cannot rent this flat.
Flat is at 1st floor. Flat has no balcony. You can see the flat in photo. Generally there are Russian and Turkish citizens.
Flat is located at center of city and you can go everywhere you need by walking.

                                      FEATURES OF FLAT

• Our lux residence flat has pool and it is located at a housing estate in Oba/Alanya. Residence is contemporary and located at sea side. Beach has completely natural fine sand. Thousands of travellers swim in this area. There are hotels, restaurants and summer houses in neighborhood.

• Flat is only 250 meters away from sea. Residence’s pool has 2 parts for adults and kids.

• 7/24 security staff and more. Surround of housing estate is closed and protected with security cameras.

• There is everything from a to z in flat. (Including air-conditioner) and building has lift. Also we want to say that our residence is not located out of city and not boring.

• All kinds of disco, shopping centers, public markets, restaurants and hotels are within the walking distance.

Rooms have air-conditioners. Electric and water fee will be calculated according to use. All of the photos belong to our flat. Please look all of them.
