It is in centre of Mahmutlar. It is 300 meters to public market, 100 meters to Burger King, 100 meters to Dominos Pizza, in short close to everywhere. Entertainment venues and restaurants are around of the housing estate. Minimum rent day is for 10 days. Travellers who will stay longer than 10 days will be privileged. For the flat 300 euro deposit must be paid. Your deposit will be returned back issueless. Cleaning fee is 40 euro and one-time fee. You will pay electricity as you use.
