Mahmutlar is the biggest town of 9 km east to Alanya. Neighbourhood is in 10 km coastline. Through coastline there are hotels and summer houses. Mahmutlar’s beach is formed of fine sand. Sea is clean and generally not suddenly deep. In some areas in the sea are formed of littles stones. There are 4 beaches with blue flag in Mahmutlar.

RULE: Maximum 6 people can rent this flat. This number includes small children. Pets are not allowed. You pay for electricity and water as you used. 30 euro is one-time fee for cleaning.
