* Only maximum 7-8 people can stay in the flat. All kinds of goods you can use is available. The flat is cleaned before you come.

* Our luxury flat has features like TURKISH BATH, SAUNA, GYM, POOL and WIFI for free.
* Security staff and many more services. Surround of housing estate is closed and it is secured by camera system.

* You pay for electricity and water as you used. 100 TL is one-time fee for cleaning. Electricity and water will be charged as you used and for our goods, deposit will be taken. When you leave, deposit will be returned.
