It is designed for 2 people to live in and essentials for living are available. The flats in the complex are generally owned by property owners. In that reason not like hotels or hostels, you will be comfortable as your home. The flats will not be rented to single men and people under the age of 18. Minimum rental time begins with 4 days.

Rule: Only 2 people can rent this flat. This number includes small children. Pets are not allowed.
You pay for electricity and water as you used. 25 euro is one-time fee for cleaning.
